Consulation

Getting a chance to know your potential doulas is an important part of finding the right fit for your birth experience. It’s so important we believe it’s worth taking the time to meet with several doulas to find the best match for you family. To make this process easier for you, we offer a free 30-minute online consultation. It’s a chance to ask all your questions about birth, hear about our perspectives as doulas, and chat about anything else on your mind.

Doula Package

We believe that birth is not just a physical experience, but a holistic journey, involving the mind, heart, and body. We have designed our Doula Package to reflect these beliefs. You’ll learn gentle, practical techniques that support optimal positioning for your baby during pregnancy and birth—movements and positions that create space and balance, supporting both your body and your baby. We’ll also take time to reflect on your hopes, expectations, and any fears you may have, so that we can tailor our approach to supporting you through labor.

Birth and Postpartum

When the time comes, we will be with you to provide continuous support through labor, guiding you through movements and positions that create space and balance for both your body and your baby. After welcoming your baby together, we provide 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum support and 1 postpartum visit.
